    • After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
    • In the event of a payment issue, we will contact you immediately, and you will be required to complete the payment within 48 hours to prevent order cancellation.

  3. Currency:

    • For orders within Tunisia, payments will be processed in Tunisian Dinars (TND).
    • For international orders, the payment will be processed in the applicable local currency.

  4. Order Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • After shipping, cancellations may not be possible. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange.
